The Office of Equal Opportunity, Compliance, and Conflict Management collaborates with various offices across Georgia Tech to provide comprehensive training for faculty, staff, and students.
Through training and education initiatives that span from 15-minute office introductions to 2-hour sessions, we are working to make sure everyone is aware of the current policies, resources, and support services available at the Institute.
Jeanne Clery Act
The Clery Act requires institutions of higher education to report statistics on specific crimes on or near college campuses and to provide other safety and crime information to members of the campus community.
ADA and Accessibility

Title IX and Sexual Misconduct
Signed into law by President Richard Nixon in June 1972, Title IX transformed access to educational opportunities for women across the United States.
